| I never thought that moving could be so stressful until we decided to take the plunge this past year. Where should we move, how much should we list our home for, what should we expect to pay for our new home? These were just a few of the questions that we were faced with as we began our search for the "perfect home". How would we ever coordinate selling our present home and purchasing our new home within a reasonable time frame? Every time that I would voice my concerns to John he would calmly assure me that everything would fall into place. Several times each week during our search John would send us emails of homes that were available in the area that we had decided that would be an acceptable place to make our new home. This helped immensely. Seeing pictures of the various homes helped to eliminate the ones that were not right for us. This saved time and energy. We did not run around looking at houses that were not suitable for our family. We have been in our new home four months now. Everything fell into place just as John had assured us it would. Now with Spring here we can enjoy the beauty of our back yard as we sit and listen to the birds and watch our grandson try his hand at catching a fish in the rippling river. Thanks John for finding us the perfect house to make our new home. |
